1. General Introduction

kopk (referred to as "the platform", "we" or "the company") operates an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("the Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and kopk.

Only one account is permitted per person. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses earned may be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or environment (same IP address or device) is prohibited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3.4 Identity Verification

kopk may request the following documents for identity verification at any time: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or any government-issued identification that kopk considers acceptable. In case of failure to verify, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available for deposits on the kopk platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• If money laundering or fraudulent deposits are detected, the account will be closed immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests will be sent only through the method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kopk offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. By claiming this bonus, the following conditions will apply:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times. This means withdrawals cannot be made until bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount have been placed.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and is for new accounts only.
• If wagering is not completed within the bonus claim period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming the bonus more than once from the same household, device or IP address is prohibited.

5.2 Other Promotions

kopk offers various promotional deals from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on that promotion's page. In any dispute regarding bonuses, kopk's decision will be considered final.

5.3 VIP Program

kopk's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers based on increasing activity and loyalty. The weekly cashback differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Gold.

6. Fair Play Policy
